2. Products & Pricing

We make every effort to display product colors, sizing, and details accurately. Prices are listed in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS) and may change at any time without notice. Stock is not guaranteed until payment has been confirmed.

3. Orders & Payment

All payments are processed securely through Paystack. We do not store your card or mobile money details. An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully verified. We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or error, in which case a full refund will be issued.

4. Delivery

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates and not guaranteed. Darmis' Garb is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect delivery information provided at checkout, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns, exchanges, refunds, and order cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Account Responsibility

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
